Richard Morris has over 20 years of experience in commercial and marketing roles in the loyalty sector in both the UK and Australia. Having revolutionised the commercial viability of airline loyalty schemes with the introduction of the customer focused part cash redemptions into Air Miles, he was part of the original team that launched the successful Nectar UK loyalty scheme in 2002. Now working for flybuys as the head of commercial marketing, Richard continues to drive innovative customer engagement for many of Australia’s biggest companies, including Coles, by using customer data to develop relevant personalised customer communications
