Tim Reed, CEO, MYOB
Bio: Tim Reed has had an exceptional management career spanning the markets of Asia, Europe, the US and Australia. Prior to becoming CEO of MYOB in 2008, Tim spent 5 years with MYOB in a variety of management roles including Managing Director of MYOB Australia and Group Product Executive. In these roles Tim oversaw the growth of the Australian business and the expansion into the mid-market sector and web services. Before his career with MYOB, Tim lived and worked in Silicon Valley where he held senior management roles in sales, marketing, product management and finance within a number of different companies in the fast paced global technology and internet markets. As Vice President of Product Strategy, Marketing & Business Development for Elance Inc, Tim took the strategic lead in positioning new services procurement and management solutions to successfully win premium Fortune 500 accounts, including FedEx and GE. Previously, as Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with Engage I/PRO, a CMGI company, Tim played a pivotal role in growing the company's revenue and increasing its blue-chip client base by forming key client relationships with AOL/Netscape, Yahoo!, Disney and The New York Times – to name a few. During this time Tim was also a founding member of the Internet Advertising Bureau where, along with other internet pioneers, Tim wrote the first set of advertising measurement standards for the Web. Tim received his MBA from Harvard University where he graduated as a Baker’s Scholar. He also holds a BCom degree from the University of Melbourne where he graduated with First Class Honours. |

Bio: Jason Kelly's experience spans 12 years in retail and 12 years in marketing & advertising. He has worked on many of Australia's leading brands including the re-branding of BIG W in major Australian agencies including J Walter Thompson and IdeaWorks. He was a Regional Director for S.E. Asia and Oceania with a global marketing organisation, Brand Loyalty focussing on customer loyalty and sales activation before founding the Sydney based creative advertising agency Brand-X in 2007. Brand-X builds brands and grows sales for diverse clients like Samsung Australia, Pharmacy 4 Less and Barmac as an integrated creative agency across most mediums. |

Lisa Renneisen, Marketing Director, BRIGHT CONFERENCES
Bio: For the past ten years Lisa has worked in marketing, product development and project management roles with several emerging technologies and start-ups including Vision6 and Arvarto Mobile UK, a division of Bertelsmann AG. Lisa brings a strong marketing background to Bright Conferences with key experience in digital and email marketing including outbound communications, sales collateral, research and reporting. Whilst she was Marketing Manager for Vision6, she was responsible for initiating and building EMSA, Australia's only dedicated Email Marketing Summit. Other notable achievements include initiating the global rollout of the History Channels mobile portal and managing the launch of e-mobile services in the UK and Germany for Britney Spears and DJ Bobo. Russ Vine, Managing Director, JUNIOR
Bio: Russ Vine is the MD of Junior, one of Brisbane’s better-known communication agencies. Starting his career at Ogilvy in London, Russ also worked for BBH and JWT before moving to Australia in 2007. He joined Junior as Planning Director but by end 2009 had been offered the MD role. Nick Pritchard, Creative Director, DECODER
Bio: Nick is one of Brisbane’s best-known and most well-respected creative directors. He is the architect behind a large number of successful brand, advertising, direct marketing and outdoor campaigns for some of Australia’s household names, including Triumph, Golden Circle, Colorado and Queensland Tourism. Over the course of a 15-year agency career, Nick developed his own ideas about what makes for a great agency, and it was with these in mind that he launched Decoder in 2005.
