Lisa is the CEO of Advantate, a newly created joint venture between Fairfax Digital and Melbourne IT that helps small business get qualified leads through advertising on Google and Yahoo. Lisa has 12 years experience in online media and publishing. This includes four years as General Manager of www.mycareer.com.au where she grew the site's audience by 220%, built a large national field sales team and launched a new executive site www.thebigchair.com.au.
Prior to Fairfax Lisa worked at LAWLEX, an internet start up in online legal publishing. Before that, she was Regional Sales Manager for Sensis, leading a team of 70 sales people.

Julia Cornwell McKean manages the Anti-Spam Team at the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA). Julia has been at ACMA for three years, and prior to joining the Anti-Spam Team worked on telecommunications consumer protection issues with a specific focus on the protection of personal information. Julia has also managed systemic investigations for the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman, and held management roles at TabCorp and Foxtel.
Julia holds the Honours degree of a Bachelor of Arts, and completed a Master of Arts in 1997. Julia is currently completing a doctorate through Monash University in Melbourne.

Focused on continuous improvement in direct marketing, Rebecca Johnson is an experienced Data and Direct Strategist and is well versed in all aspects of data and direct marketing strategy and implementation. Rebecca completed Bachelor of Science in Advertising Communications in the US and has over 10 years experience in the DM field. She developed her career at US based advertising agencies managing direct marketing campaigns for HBSC Bank and other financial services clients and has worked in a broader marketing role for McDonalds USA. Before moving to Australia, Rebecca worked as the Associate Director of Direct and Database Marketing for the American Bankers Association where she implemented an extensive customer relationship management system while managing hundreds of electronic and print direct marketing campaigns. Rebecca has also been an active member of the US Direct Marketing Association where she served on the DMA CRM Committee and has completed several continuing education courses in direct and database marketing. In her current role, Rebecca manages strategic direct marketing campaigns for clients such as Queensland University of Technology, Queensland Transport, Queensland Health, Sizzler, Wallace Bishop, Sunsuper and Sunbeam Foods.

Scott has 15 years experience in direct marketing, working both on the client and the agency sides. Originally from the US, Scott worked on customer segmentation projects for the large investment firms Fidelity Investments and Charles Schwab & Co, as well as managing a direct mail Winback program for AT&T. Scott's speciality is targeting communications to different customer segments, including implementing Test and Learn methodologies. In Australia and New Zealand, he worked with ANZ, Bank of New Zealand, Westpac and Kiwibank to develop credit card and loyalty programmes.
Scott joined Fairfax Media's Digital Division in March 2008. His team is responsible for Fairfax Digital's marketing data warehouse and campaign management system, with the objective of increasing customer value through improved personalisation, relevance and offer optimisation.
